If you would like to add one more complaint about Peoplehost.com you can add me. My site has been down for several weeks (Aug 17,2006). They do not respond to my emails other then autoresponders that say that an answer will be emailed to me and be displayed on their site Problem is, my log-in doesnt work either. The phone is just a message machine and my login no longer works to file a complaint ticket.

Mind you they seem very efficient in withdrawing my payment each month on on visa card.

They have been fine for the past few years except for this past summer.

Cannot get support from this company anymore. They used to be quite good. I have multiple level one support tickets open. My clients depend on their websites and email, but I get no response from any support option. I will be moving my domains immediately

I went online to withdraw my website and could not get any results from contacting support. The Peoplehost site did not have a phone number. I had to put a permanent stop payment to get them to stop withdrawing funds. They still bill me to this day. It's been five months since the stop payment was put in place.
