This company is by far the best I have ever dealt with. I have had many hosting companies and this one has the best technical support staff and the friendliest account representatives! A++ Customer Service!

Disgruntled customer

Strange how atleast one of the current commentors is an employee of Visor Hosting, and the other posts a site that isn't up. VH has no customer service at all. They are rude and completely out of hand. They do not stand by their gtd of 99.9% up time and are down for days at a time with no contact at all. They offer only a $25.00 credit after losing thousands of dollars in advertising and sales to a customer.

Strange how the one cutomer we ever had use "Our Right to Refuse Service" on is now a "Disgruntled Customer" - GO FIGURE! Customer was happy until WE decided to drop their account due to rude comments, and obscene language left on our company voicemail. One unhappy ex-customer compared to 100's of happy ones- apparently we are doing something right! :-)
